De Zavala Elementary School

The new De Zavala Elementary School is a two-story replacement campus built on the site of the existing facility. The program includes classrooms for pre-K through 5th grade, special education and resource rooms, a cafeteria, gym, and art spaces, anchored by a library/media center that doubles as a destination in its own right: a slide carries students from a second-story platform straight down into the stacks.
